In the past, most children are taught their ABC's at home in the absence of adequate schools in some areas. But with the advent of compulsory school attendance in the 19th century, education worldwide is earned through the traditional school approach. This is a general policy to each citizens of any nation, except however, where one's choice is to go elsewhere of his afford and desire, such as in private schools, foundations, and non-government organizations' learning institutions.
